We offer a 7 Money Back Guarantee on every product we offer. Please contact customercare@myteamspeakhost.com, to request a refund, within 7 days of purchase date or any recent payment.
NOTE: Please include all account information via email, or the refund will not be processed. Include paying email address, form of payment (if credit card or paypal) and port number of service. Please do not include any credit card numbers.
Service Cancellation Policy
Paypal subscription customers, please follow these directions below:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the History subtab.
3. Choose the Subscriptions field from the Show dropdown menu.
4. Check the From box and change the date back 2 years.
5. Click Search.
6. To view the details of a specific Subscription Creation, click Details in the Details column.
7. At the bottom of this page, click Cancel Subscription.
8. On the confirmation page, click Cancel Subscription again.
Non-Paypal subscription customers, please ignore the next invoice you will receive. The invoices are used for the next billing time frame.
